Shipping Policy
Thanks for buying from KiDDO, your support means everything to us.
We take a lot of pride in our products. Your order is important to us, which is why we want to make sure that your products arrive on time and in excellent condition. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to be informed of how and when your order will ship.
*Free Worldwide Shipping on orders over $275. This will be an economy service only (7-10 days). If you wish to receive your order sooner, then there will be an additional charge to upgrade.
Please note the following before placing your order on our website:
All sales are final. All pre-order sales are final. There are no refunds on pre-order items.
Pre-orders are for items that are about to be manufactured and that will only occur once the pre-sale window is closed. Estimated delivery times may vary as a result of unforeseen manufacturing issues or delays. We will keep all customers updated via email or Instagram as necessary.
KiDDO will not modify, reroute or cancel an order once placed.
KiDDO may cancel/refund orders at any time due to stock limitations, quality issues, inaccurate information from customers, fraud risk analysis or any other reason deemed acceptable.
If your order arrives damaged from transit, please notify us immediately with photographic proof of damage BEFORE you open the shipping box. This will help us with any claims against the carrier/shipping company.
LAUNCH ORDER PROCESSING. PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
All items sold during our launch month from 10 November-10 December 2025 are pre-sale items that will be manufactured to order as soon as the launch period is over. The expected shipping date for these orders up to and including 10 December 2025 will be approximately three weeks. This is the only way that we can keep costs down and maintain the limited-edition status of KiDDO™ products. If you do not want to wait, then please wait until we hold stock products in January 2026 to place your order. As we will only be making a limited number of products, waiting does not guarantee you will be able to purchase them as we may not have them in stock.
A waiting list will be available for anyone who misses out on the pre-order windows as there are likely to be some cancellations. Please get in touch if you would like to be added to any waiting lists.
We aim to ship all in-stock items within 5 working days of the order being placed. If there are delays, we will notify all customers.
All orders will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped and you can track shipping status on the couriers’ website.
We use FedEx, UPS and DHL as shipping partners and the cheapest option will be selected for you depending on where you are in the world!
Please be aware that any orders placed on or immediately following a release date or during a sale, your item(s) will be delayed and may require up to 48 hours of additional processing time.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
The customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete and safe to ship to, non-PO Box shipping address when you place your order. KiDDO is not able to modify, reroute or cancel orders once placed on our website. Please verify you entered the complete shipping address including unit number and reachable phone number when completing checkout. KiDDO is not responsible for the package once the carrier has delivered and provided proof of delivery. Please make sure you plan accordingly.
There is a $15 restocking fee for undeliverable or refused orders. If your order is returned due to it being undeliverable or refused, your order will be cancelled and refunded your order total minus the $15 restocking fee. If your order is under $15, a refund will not be issued.
SHIPPING METHODS
We have worked hard to provide the lowest possible shipping costs to everyone. As our factory is based in China there are unavoidable costs for us to get the products to our fulfilment centre in The Netherlands. We will always cover that cost and never pass it onto the customer. You will only pay for the shipping service from the fulfilment centre to your address.
We use UPS, DHL and FedEx to ship orders. Packages shipped using these carriers are trackable. Please make sure that you use an address where all carriers can safely leave your package without risk of theft. If your order is not delivered as promised, we can assist you in contacting the carrier regarding the missing order and in select cases issue a replacement or refund to you. Unfortunately, no PO Box addresses are valid.
DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

Damn taxes. Unfortunately we have no control over the taxes and duties that may be incurred when your order arrives in your country. We are working hard (again) to try and get a solution for that in the US and Europe and will update all customers once we have any news.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
All our orders will come from our global fulfilment centre in The Netherlands. They are awesome and have the lowest shipping rates possible. After the launch month, there will be approximately 15-30 days for the orders to be sent.

PRE-ORDER INFORMATION
All our monthly head drops and future Special Edition figures will be pre-sale only. When the item is available for pre-sale you have a window of time to place your order for the item with a future fulfillment time that will be longer than the normal time it takes to get your order delivered due to the fact we are manufacturing a specific number of heads per month to ensure they are strictly limited edition.
We will keep everyone informed of every pre-order status and an estimated shipping time.
With pre-orders the inventory is not in the KiDDO warehouse and might still be in production. Due to unforeseen production issues an item might be delayed or cancelled. If the item is cancelled, KiDDO will notify you via email and a refund will be issued.
All pre-orders are refundable up until the pre-order closes. Once in production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Anyway, why would anyone want to cancel a KiDDO order?
CANCELLATION POLICY
We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order enters our system, it cannot be cancelled or modified in any way. Please see our returns policy for more information.
