All our orders are sent via one of our shipping partners, and the carrier will be determined by your country and delivery address. We have done our absolute best to ensure all our customers get the cheapest shipping possible. We have two warehouses that fulfil our orders, one in The Netherlands and one in the US. Delivery is expected to take 3-5 days once dispatched.

Please note that as we ship globally, all customers will be responsible for any import taxes, tariffs or duties that may arise before delivery. We have zero control over these charges but our shipping partners have done their best to ensure they are a minimal additional cost. We have even taken some of these charges on ourselves in order to make shipping cheaper for you.

*IMPORTANT* None of our orders will ship until after the launch month. Why is this? Two reasons. Firstly, the demand for KiDDO™ has been a LOT more than we had anticipated so, whilst extremely flattered and grateful, this has meant we have had to almost quadruple our order with Demeng Toy®, our manufacturer in China As a result they needed more time to make everything, which in turn means all our orders won’t begin to ship until early December. We know this might be disappointing but as a new company, we really are doing our best to get everything shipped as soon as possible. W really hope you don’t mind waiting a little longer for your orders.
