When will I get my order?
As we have had to almost quadruple our order with Demeng Toy, our manufacturer, the earliest we will be able to start shipping orders will be mid-December. I know this might be frustrating (it certainly is for us!), we honestly never imagined the kind of response we have got for KiDDOβ’ so this is an unavoidable delay.
Will you re-release any Special Editions?
No, sorry. This is what makes them special! We want KiDDOβ’ to become really collectable so after we sell out of Special Editions, thatβs it. The good news is that when we offer them in the future, we will have a window to pre-order, so everyone can get one. When the window closes, we only make what was pre-ordered.
How do you pick new heads?
We donβt, you do! Every month there will be a poll on Instagram to see what head we will make next. We will have four options and the most votes wins. The makes you all a part of the KiDDOβ’ family. Also, we are really rubbish at making decisions.
How do I get the new head drops?
We will be releasing two new limited edition heads every two months (every month would mean a lot more shipping costs for you so weβd rather keep those minimal). When we announce the new heads, there will be a pre-order week for everyone to get the chance to buy them. When that window closes, we will only make the number of pre-orders. That guarantees that they are limited edition as we will only ever manufacture each head once.
Will you do collabs?
Yes, definitely. We already have plans for working with other brands and artists. Keep an eye on Instagram for updates or sign up to our newsletter to be one step ahead of everyone else.
Do I have to pay taxes on shipping?
Yes, as taxes and duties are country specific and we have absolutely no control over them. We have got a (legal) workaround to ensure that these costs will remain super low. No one like to pay tax but itβs just the way it is for any product.
